We maintain an in house ASME design, Structural design and Process flow design team of engineers utilizing industry standard PV Elite, Staad Pro and Aspen Hysis software packages to support our ASME VIII Division 1 and 2 vessel design and manufacturing licenses. This is backed up by our now industry renowned high quality build and finishing standard and further supported by our reputed QC team to complete the project work scopes by delivering the manufacturing data files book package within our committed maximum of two weeks from delivery of the equipment.
EPF Separator
MTC designs and manufacture EPF Separator in 84” x 20ft size with pressure rating of 720psi packaged in skid. MTC also supply EPF Separators in various sizes and pressure rating based on our client requirements.
EPF Surge Tank
MTC designs and manufacture EPF Surge Tank in 84” x 15ft size, Single compartment with pressure rating of 240psi packaged in skid. MTC also supply EPF Surge Tanks in various sizes and pressure rating based on our client requirements.
EPF Knock Out Drum
MTC designs and manufacture EPF Knock out Drum in 48” x 30ft size with pressure rating of 150psi packaged in skid. MTC also supply EPF Knock out Drum in various sizes and pressure rating based on our client requirements.
